Refund Policy


Buyer has full rights to request a refund if they are not satisfied with our service. You can send us an email request under the subject of REQUEST A REFUND with the order number and translation file. Also, the Buyer must highlight the incorrect parts of the transition. Once we receive your inquire, we will go through that and recheck the translation. If we notice that there are genuinely some errors in the translation within 24hrs, we will make a full refund to the Buyer’s card, which they used to make the payment when they placed the order.
